YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK (Part 3) - ANIMALS

Yellowstone National Park is filled with a huge variety of animals. While they are sometimes shy, you really don't drive too far into the park without seeing at least some of them.
This is a big-horn sheep.
He was as curious about me as I was about him. This is a beautiful fox.

RARE SIGHTING - A moose!

I saw a lot of grizzly bears. They had
all just woken up from a long winter nap!
Despite how close you can get to the animals,
they are still very much WILD animals. While
watching this grizzly bear, a park ranger had to come
by and tell some people to stay away from it. Duh!

Nice sandhill crane in the background.

This is a black bear - very, very far away.
Another shy black bear.
Another pair of grizzlys.
A mother and baby grizzly.
